Your accommodations will be yours to enjoy until 11:00am on your departure day.
Please notify us to make arrangements for changes to check in - check out times, we maybe flexible.

Guest are required to sign an accommodation agreement and must be over 19 years of age. Riders are required to wear footwear with a heel of no less than 1.5 centimeters and a high impact helmet for safety. Canyon Ranchlands has a selection of med. and small riding helmets and 1 large for Guest use. If more than one rider needs a large helmet the rider is responsible to bring their own. A parent and/or guardian(s) must sign for children and/or youth under 19 years of age. We highly recommend one follows these requirements. If you have need of a larger size helmet you must bring your own.

Book your Christmas getaway ahead and we can have the guest house decorated with a live tree and all, make you & your family and/or friends a big Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. If you and/or friends would like to attend a Christmas and/or a New Years mass St. Joseph's Church here in Boston Bar still opens the doors to welcome all thanks to Father John Tritschler who travels our canyon roads from Hope.
As well a Christmas mass is said at our local Baptist Church.

We are always conscious of your safety, however, you should be aware staying over night in any area with mountains, water falls, flowing creeks and rivers as well as trail riding contains inherent risks and hazards. Potential injury and loss may result.
Each person and/or guardian must be aware of this and must sign a liability release and waiver.
This liability and waiver form releases and forever discharges Canyon Ranchlands, Jim & Vicky's Horseback Adventure - B&B Ranch, owners of any property in which we may ride on, their agents, servants and employees from all claims and liability.
